All rentals are the same price for the official event duration of Friday, August 8th until the morning of Sunday, August 17th. Additional nights may be added nights you stay if you want to arrive early or stay longer.
The standard booking term for this event is 9 nights, with check in beginning at or after 12:00 noon on Friday, August 8th and checkout by 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 17, 2025. You may add an additional night for an additional fee.
Note that you must purchase your camp site separately through RiversEdge Apple River Campground. Tell them that you will be in a glamping tent.
YOU MUST ALSO BE REGISTERED FOR INDIAN BIKE WEEK PRIOR TO BOOKING A GLAMPING STAY.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Your remaining deposit will be due one month before the event. Reservations made less than 30 days before the event will require full payment.
$150 security deposit will be collected with the final payment. This will be returned within a week of stay if tent is returned in original condition (linens are reasonably clean, no evidence of smoking in the tent, and the tent and furnishings are free of damages).
Max occupancy is equal to the number of beds reserved (queen beds sleep 2).
