Glamping Options

All tent reservations include:
Tent with 2 beds or 1 queen (additional beds added at checkout)
Linens, comforter, pillows, lantern, small mirror, end table(s)
1 campsite ($110 per tent-added at checkout)
1 camp access pass (1 pass is needed per guest - purchase extras here)
1 car pass
Access to our exclusive Hospitality area, wedding quality portable toilets, morning coffee/tea, daily ice delivery, air conditioned hospitality trailer​
Steps to reserving a glamping tent:
1.Decide between a Classic or Suite Tent 
2. Select the number of beds needed
3. Generator and air conditioner may be added to either tent option
4. Pay 50% of the total cost when booking. A $225 security deposit will also be collected. This will be returned within a week of stay if tent is returned in original condition (linens are reasonably clean, no evidence of smoking, and tent and furnishings are free of damages). 
5. Final payments are due one month before the event. You will receive an e-mail reminder. Camping/parking passes will be mailed shortly after that.

All glamping guests have access to the hospitality area. Not only do you get your designated campsite but also access to our exclusive hospitality area in the middle of the glamping village.

Additional beds are added during the reservation process. However, please contact us via e-mail if you'd like to add a 5th bed to a classic tent.

Generator & Air Conditioner
Electricity through a quiet generator and electrical distribution system. Window AC unit, lamp(s), and electrical cords are added to your tent.

Fuel and refilling of the generator is included in the generator price.

One window type 6,000 BTU air conditioning unit mounted on a stand at each tent.

Generators must be turned off between 2:00 am and 7:00 am.

Note: Glampers requiring a CPAP can rent a battery inverter for use when the generators are turned off. The weekend rental cost for the battery inverter is $75. This option is a separate line item and can be added during checkout.
