All rentals are for 4 nights, Wednesday, June 25 - Sunday, June 29, 2025

$225 security deposit will be collected at checkout. This will be returned within a week of stay if tent is returned in original condition (linens are reasonably clean, no evidence of smoking, and tent and furnishings are free of damages). 

A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.  Your remaining deposit will be due one month before the event.  Reservations made less than 30 days before the event will require full payment.

Max occupancy is equal to the number of beds reserved (queen beds sleep 2).
