$150 security deposit will be collected at checkout. This will be returned within a week of stay if tent is returned in original condition (linens are reasonably clean, no evidence of smoking, and tent and furnishings are free of damages). 

Payment in full is required at the time of reservation.

Max occupancy is equal to the number of beds reserved (queen beds sleep 2).
